General Visa Application Requirements to Request Belarusian Tourist Visa
- Visitor visa application form for Belarus – Completed Belarusian visa application form.
- Original and signed passport – The passport has to be valid for a minimum of six months before entering Belarus and three months after departing Belarus. It needs to contain at least two spare visa pages and can not be older than ten years.
