General Visa Application Requirements to Apply for Guamanian Tourist Visa
- Traveler visa application for Guam – Completed Guamanian visa application form.
- Original and signed passport – The passport should be valid for a minimum of six months before entering Guam and 3 months after leaving Guam. It must have at least two extra visa pages and can not be older than ten years.
