General Visa Application Requirements to Apply for Japanese Business Visa
- Business visa application form for Japan – Completed Japanese visa Form.
- Original and signed passport – The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months before entering Japan and 3 months after leaving Japan. It must have at the very least two spare visa pages and can not be older than ten years.
