General Visa Application Requirements to Request Malagasy Visitor Visa
- Tourist visa application for Madagascar – Completed Malagasy visa application form.
- Original and signed passport – The passport should be valid for a minimum of six months before entering Madagascar and three months after departing Madagascar. It must contain at least two extra visa pages and can not be older than 10 years.
- Passport type photo – Photo should be no older than six months and must be 35 x 40mm in width.

- Hotel Reservations in Madagascar – Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, length of stay. In many situations, only bookings which are partly or completely pre-paid can be accepted.
