General Visa Application Requirements to Request Pakistani Business Visa

  1. Business visa Form for Pakistan – Completed Pakistani visa Form.
  2. Original and signed passport – The passport has to be valid for at least 6 months prior to going into Pakistan and 3 months after leaving Pakistan. It should contain at least two extra visa pages and can not be older than ten years.

  9. Hotel Reservations in Pakistan – Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, length of stay. In many situations, only bookings which are partly or completely pre-paid can be accepted.
  10. Employment letter – This letter must be: original and signed letter from employer written on company letter head paper, verifying your ongoing employment, the status of employment, monthly salary and yearly leave.   11. For students. Please give the following:
  • Proof of present student status: Certificate of Enrollment.

  • Insurance coverage from Organisation/University – Give a letter from the University specifying the purpose, duration of travel and confirmation that you will be covered by the insurance for the whole trip together with the Certificate of Currency and summary of benefits.
