General Visa Application Requirements to Obtain Peruvian Traveller Visa

  1. Visitor visa application form for Peru – Completed Peruvian visa application form.
  2. Original and signed passport – The passport needs to be valid for at the very least six months prior to entering Peru and three months after departing Peru. It has to contain at the very least two extra visa pages and can not be older than 10 years.
