General Visa Application Requirements to Make An Application For Filipino Tourist Visa

  1. Tourist visa application for Philippines – Completed Filipino visa application form.
  2. Original and signed passport – The passport has to be valid for at least six months prior to going into Philippines and 3 months after leaving Philippines. It should have a minimum of 2 extra visa web pages and can not be older than 10 years.
