General Visa Application Requirements to Request Thai Business Visa

  1. Business visa application form for Thailand – Completed Thai visa Form.
  2. Original and signed passport – The passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months before going into Thailand and three months after departing Thailand. It must contain at least 2 extra visa pages and can not be older than ten years.
  3. Passport type photo – Photo must be no older than six months and need to be 35 x 40mm in width.
