General Visa Application Requirements to Get Ukrainian Business Visa

  1. Business visa application form for Ukraine – Completed Ukrainian visa Form.
  2. Original and signed passport – The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months prior to going into Ukraine and 3 months after departing Ukraine. It should have a minimum of 2 extra visa web pages and can not be older than ten years.

  8. Original bank declarations – Original financial institution statements for the last 3 months revealing adequate funds to cover your visit in Ukraine. If statements are printed online after that it needs to be Validated (marked) by the bank officials.
  9. Hotel Reservations in Ukraine – Copy of confirmed hotel bookings including name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, duration of stay. In a lot of situations, only bookings which are partly or completely pre-paid can be accepted.
  10. Employment letter – This letter needs to be: original and signed letter from employer written on company letter head paper, confirming your ongoing employment, the status of employment, monthly salary and yearly leave.   11. For students. Please offer the following:
  • Evidence of current student status: Certificate of Enrollment.

  • Insurance coverage from Organisation/University – Offer a letter from the University specifying the purpose, duration of travel and confirmation that you are going to be covered by the insurance policy for the entire journey together with the Certificate of Currency and summary of benefits.

Generally, visa applications for Ukrainian visa should be sent for an optimum of 6 months, and no behind 15 days, prior to the trip.
