General Visa Application Requirements to Obtain Italian Traveller Visa
- Traveler visa application form for Italy – Completed Italian visa Form.
- Original and signed passport – The passport needs to be valid for a minimum of 6 months before entering Italy and three months after leaving Italy. It must contain at the very least two extra visa web pages and can not be older than ten years.
