General Visa Application Requirements to Request Dutch Visitor Visa

  1. Traveler visa Form for Netherlands – Completed Dutch visa application form.
  2. Original and signed passport – The passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months before entering Netherlands and 3 months after departing Netherlands. It must have at the very least two extra visa web pages and can not be older than ten years.
