General Visa Application Requirements to Make An Application For Ukrainian Traveller Visa
- Visitor visa application for Ukraine – Completed Ukrainian visa Form.
- Original and signed passport – The passport needs to be valid for a minimum of six months before entering Ukraine and three months after leaving Ukraine. It has to contain at least 2 extra visa pages and can not be older than ten years.
- Passport type photo – Photo has to be no older than six months and need to be 35 x 40mm in size.
