General Visa Application Requirements to Get Ukrainian Tourist Visa
- Visitor visa application form for Ukraine – Completed Ukrainian visa Form.
- Original and signed passport – The passport should be valid for at least 6 months before going into Ukraine and 3 months after departing Ukraine. It needs to have at least 2 extra visa web pages and can not be older than ten years.
- Passport type photo – Photo should be no older than 6 months and must be 35 x 40mm in width.

- Insurance coverage from Organisation/University – Provide a letter from the University stating the purpose, period of travel and confirmation that you will be covered by the insurance for the entire trip together with the Certificate of Currency and summary of benefits.
